Ben began playing drums at the age of 4. Over the years, he developed his skills further by developing fundamental skills and having fun with drums. He gained performance experience in the drums/percussion area by playing at such venues as Kirby G's and with acts such as The Davis Harp Band. Though Ben can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are metal core and jazz which had great influence on his style of playing. Ben loves music because music is universal and holds so many influences and loves teaching music because seeing someone fall in love with playing an instrument and seeing someone progress is a sight like no other.
