Andre began playing guitar at the age of 7. Over the years, he developed his skills further by learning music theory and playing in multiple bands. He gained performance experience in the Central Texas area by playing at such venues as Come and Take it, Acadia bar and grill, that 80s bar, and game day bar and grill and with acts such as Attila, Gideon, Ten56, I Set my Friends on Fire, The Bunny The Bear, and many more. Though Andre can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Metal, Rock, Alternative, and Pop Punk which had great influence on his style of playing.Andre loves music because it gives me a form of expression as well as a therapeutic effect and loves teaching music because it's passing on not only the passion of music but the knowledge to write and play songs no matter what the genre is. Passing on the legacy of music and musicianship to the next generation is extremely important to me. What to expect in my Guitar Lessons

My students should expect a challenging yet rewarding approach to guitar. I will teach you what YOU want to learn, and the guitar theory will follow as you learn new songs on guitar. For beginners, I will teach you how to set up your guitar, string changes, and intonation.

I have performed at multiple festivals including Soundwave(Australia), Rock Am Park(Germany), Warped Tour(U.S.) and many venues across North America, and Europe. I have been in 2 Metal bands and a Pop Punk band.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught multiple students over the years. My approach to teaching is to teach you what YOU want to learn. Within that scope I will teach you the chords, chord progression, and tablature in those songs. I want my students to see the longevity guitar playing has, and the vast world of music that is literally at our fingertips. I want my students to leave feeling accomplished and excited about what they have just learned. I also teach songwriting and recording using Logic Pro.
